‘믿음의 가정은 축복이다’시리즈4 사도행전18:1-4 믿음의 가정은 교회를 세웁니다.

행18:1,2 그 후에 바울이 아덴을 떠나 고린도에 이르러, 아굴라라 하는 본도에서 난 유대인 한 사람을 만나니 글라우디오가 모든 유대인을 명하여 로마에서 떠나라 한 고로 그가 그 아내 브리스길라와 함께 이달리야로부터 새로 온지라 바울이 그들에게 가매

Acts18:1,2 After this, Paul left Athens and went to Corinth. There he met a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, who had recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla, because Claudius had ordered all Jews to leave Rome. Paul went to see them,

행18:24-26 알렉산드리아에서 난 아볼로라 하는 유대인이 에베소에 이르니 이 사람은 언변이 좋고 성경에 능통한 자라, 그가 일찍이 주의 도를 배워 열심으로 예수에 관한 것을 자세히 말하며 가르치나 요한의 세례만 알 따름이라, 그가 회당에서 담대히 말하기 시작하거늘 브리스길라와 아굴라가 듣고 데려다가 하나님의 도를 더 정확하게 풀어 이르더라

Acts18:24-26 Meanwhile a Jew named Apollos, a native of Alexandria, came to Ephesus. He was a learned man, with a thorough knowledge of the Scriptures. He had been instructed in the way of the Lord, and he spoke with great fervor and taught about Jesus accurately, though he knew only the baptism of John. He began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they invited him to their home and explained to him the way of God more adequately.

딤후4:2 너는 말씀을 전파하라 때를 얻든지 못 얻든지 항상 힘쓰라 범사에 오래 참음과 가르침으로 경책하며 경계하며 권하라

1Timothy4:2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.

행18:26,27 그가 회당에서 담대히 말하기 시작하거늘 브리스길라와 아굴라가 듣고 데려다가 하나님의 도를 더 정확하게 풀어 이르더라, 아볼로가 아가야로 건너가고자 함으로 형제들이 그를 격려하며 제자들에게 편지를 써 영접하라 하였더니 그가 가매 은혜로 말미암아 믿은 자들에게 많은 유익을 주니

Acts18:26,27 He began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they invited him to their home and explained to him the way of God more adequately. When Apollos wanted to go to Achaia, the brothers and sisters encouraged him and wrote to the disciples there to welcome him. When he arrived, he was a great help to those who by grace had believed.

행18:28 이는 성경으로써 예수는 그리스도라고 증언하여 공중 앞에서 힘있게 유대인의 말을 이김이러라

Acts18:28 For he vigorously refuted his Jewish opponents in public debate, proving from the Scriptures that Jesus was the Messiah.

행18:3 생업이 같으므로 함께 살며 일을 하니 그 생업은 천막을 만드는 것이더라

Acts18:3 and because he was a tentmaker as they were, he stayed and worked with them.

2. 교회를 세우는 삶

고전16:19 아시아의 교회들이 너희에게 문안하고 아굴라와 브리스가와 그 집에 있는 교회가 주 안에서 너희에게 간절히 문안하고

1Corinthians16:19 The churches in the province of Asia send you greetings. Aquila and Priscilla greet you warmly in the Lord, and so does the church that meets at their house.

행18:18a,19a 바울이 더 여러날 머물다가 형제들과 작별하고 배타고 수리아로 떠나갈 새 브리스길라와 아굴라도 함께 하더라… 에베소에 와서 그들을 거기 머물게 하고…

Acts18: 18a,19a Paul stayed on in Corinth for some time. Then he left the brothers and sisters and sailed for Syria, accompanied by Priscilla and Aquila… They arrived at Ephesus, where Paul left Priscilla and Aquila.

롬16:3,4 너희는 그리스도 예수 안에서 나의 동역자들인 브리스가와 아굴라에게 문안하라, 그들은 내 목숨을 위해서 자기들의 목까지도 내 놓았나니 나쁜 아니라 이방인의 모든 교회도 그들에게 감사하느니라

Romans16:3,4 Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus. They risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them.
